Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do I have to register to use this site? No. Registration is not required to use this site, unless you are a facility and would like set up a direct bill for your facility. If you are not a nursing facility, and wish to shop and simply pay with a credit card, you may do so without registering.

2. How much is shipping and handling? For nursing facility orders that total over $500, your shipping shipping if FREE! There is an exception for oversized furniture shipments. The oversized shipping rate is a flat $75, and that is far things such as wheelchairs, recliners, and the like. For all other invoices or orders, there is a flat rate of $8.95 within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada please call for inquiries at (800) 334-2897 or email us at service@seniorshoppingservice.com.

3. When can I expect my order to be delivered? All orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days from our warehouse, then UPS Ground transit can be calculated onto that total. 4. How do I return something? If you need to return an item, please fill out this Returns/Exchange Form and return it with your shipment. Please package your item(s) securely and ship to:

We recommend that you send it via a trackable service (ie. UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail through the post office). We do always guarantee our merchandise will hold up in your industrial laundry for at least thirty days, whether it is labeled or not. If you happen to have any problems, we will cheerfully replace the item free of charge. Please call us for a shipping label, in this instance.

5. What is your privacy policy? We follow strict privacy policy guidelines. Your information, facility's information, or resident's information is never used or sold, NEVER. If you would like your name removed from our mailing list, please email us at service@seniorshoppingservice.com and let us know you would like to be removed from our database.

6. Options for payment? We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover cards. You may also prepay for your order by check or money order, payable to Senior Shopping Service. For nursing or long-term care facilities we offer direct billing to the facility or to the resident's trust account. A Direct Bill Ordering form will need to be filled out and faxed back to our corporate office at (765) 378-7758, to be eligible for 30-day terms.
